the few that continues to thrive -- and for good
reason. Aligo’s Java-based M-1 Mobile Application
Server provides the platform for an impressive array
of enterprise field services, sales force, and
mobile groupware solutions. M-1 has already
established itself as a success in the world's most
advanced mobile applications market, Japan, and has
attracted a diverse range of customers such as Fuji,
GE Medical Systems, and Thomas Wiesel Partners. In
December, Aligo received a particularly significant
endorsement: Sun Microsystem selected Aligo
technology to mobile-enable its Sun ONE software.
This was perhaps the most significant mobile
enterprise software event of the past year. What to look for in 2003: Look for Aligo to license M-1 to more big players in the Japanese market and elsewhere. |
