forged a partnership with Microsoft to jointly target its technology to
wireless carriers looking to offer Microsoft devices and technology. The
company also recently acquired Psion Software -- Psion’s mobile enterprise

Visto has carrier deals with AT&T Wireless, Nextel Communications, Rogers
AT&T Wireless, and KPN Mobile. The company’s technology is also included
with Sony Ericsson’s new P900 smart phone. Visto has secured over $50
million in financing. With strong partnerships and solid financing, Visto
