On the final day of last week's CTIA Wireless IT & Entertainment trade show, the organization sought to shake things up with a new approach to the event's closing keynote. Instead of inviting industry or political luminaries to speak, CTIA held its first "Fund Fest," an event that featured five developers pitching their applications to a panel of judges including analyst Andrew Seybold, CommNexus CEO Rory Moore and Qualcomm Ventures senior investment manager Quinn Li.
