The winners and losers of CTIA 2009

The CTIA Wireless 2009 show in Las Vegas is officially a wrap. There were a few noteworthy newsmakers and a few duds as well. Thus, the Fierce editorial team spent some time thinking about the themes of the show and what their implications are.
