Couldn't agree more! Look at what happened immediately following the launch of iPhone at AT&T in the US. Demand on the network increased exponentially and customer complaints went thru the roof. It's great that consumers are finally getting compelling and user friendly devises but the "always on" nature of these are eating up network capacity and the operators that prepare for both sides of the equation of this "opportunity" are the ones that will succeed.
