Good. Orange Customer Service is appalling and it's about time they bucked their ideas up. They should also look at their service plans which are meaningless marketing nonsense and simply state proces - flat rate services would be good, too.
My most recent experience of poor Orange service has been problems with my phones OrangeWorld browser. The local shop's solution? Buy a new phone. Ridiculous. I should really change providers but are any of them any better?
