Just to let you know that if you need to get a handle on the HND work in 3GPP you could look to specification groups at www.3gpp.org/tb .

SA1 - Work on Enhanced Home NodeB started, completion expected in December 2008 (Release-9)
SA3 - Study on home Security ongoing, completion expected September 2009
SA5&RAN3 - for Self organising networks, completion December 2008
RAN2&RAN3 - Support of UTRA HNB, Sept. / Dec. 2008 respectively
RAN4 - RF Requirements, September 2008

Also, 3GPP gave an overview of the TSG work at the recent Femto Forum Plenary, I can supply a copy of the slides for those interested.
