Business Development Manager UK
Reporting to: Head of Sales in Ireland,

Staff numbers: 35 (Ireland)
Locations: Dublin, London, China (3 offices)
Remuneration Package:
- Basic Salary £50,000, OTE £90,000
- Commission payments based on quarterly targets
- Laptop, phone etc.
- The package depends on level and experience of the candidate and must be consistent with Púca rules and policy

Location: based in London or surrounding area.

Position: Business Development Manager UK
Reporting to: Head of Sales
Overview
- Role is focused on the UK market to develop the sales of products within an ambitious international business plan focused on growth and profitability.
- Prospect for new blue chip clients and partner with Advertising Agencies
- Negotiate orders all the way through to their signing
- Be responsible for managing and reaching pre determined targets in the UK Market
- Make recommendations based on technical consulting and demonstrations given to decision makers
- Work directly with IT, Customer Services and Marketing Departments for choosing the solutions and services that are most suitable to clients’ needs
- Consultative and Innovative Selling approach.
- Build the Puca brand name in the UK
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets set by the company for the UK market.
Education: University Educated preferable with a technical background or culture. Any professional sales qualifications gained would also be preferable.
Experience and abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in direct sales of high tech, innovative software solutions or selling advanced mobile solutions .
- Majority of experience in UK selling primarily to blue chip customers into sectors such as financial services, IT, telecommunications or utility sectors. Public sector experience would also be beneficial.
- Candidate has shown successful experience of growth and stability of tenure in sales organisations
- Business, sales and target orientated.
- Used to target based management and weekly reporting.
- Experience of selling to decision makers at ‘C’ level.
- Efficient , organised and highly self motivated
- Ability to sell high tech solutions to blue chip customers
- Existing database of senior contacts in UK Blue Chip companies/Advertising and Marketing Agencies
- Ability to handle a pipeline of opportunities and a reliable monthly forecast
