We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Customer Account Analyst to join our Finance team in Woburn, MA.

Summary:
The Customer Account Analyst will be responsible for reconciling and reducing receivable balances within an assigned portfolio by interpreting lease language, auditing billing amounts, researching pay histories and communicating with customers on a daily basis. The results are measured quarterly by the Account Receivable reduction goal. This position requires the capability to work independently with regular supervision from Customer Accounting Manager and take guidance from Senior Collections Analyst.

Education and Experience:
• 4-Year College Degree preferred
• Collections or account reconciliation experience in a Commercial Accounts Receivable environment preferred
