Summary of Position

Connectiva Systems is a leading provider of revenue management solutions to the telecom operators globally. As Director, US sales, you will be responsible for working on active accounts where Connectiva is already engaged, developing leads and a pipeline in the US, and closing deals with the help of pre-sales engineers. Connectiva Systems is headquartered in New York City, but the location for this job is flexible. Compensation and on-target-earnings will commensurate with experience.

MEASURABLE SALES PERFORMANCE

• Minimum of 7 years high technology sales experience
• Minimum of 5 years enterprise software solution/consultative selling experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Technical background preferable, familiarity with BSS/OSS in the telecom sector is needed
• Consistent over quota performance
• Proven CxO contacts in the telecom industry in the region
• History of delivering sales success in partnership with system integrators
• Earnings in excess of US$300,000 past 2 years
• Consistent top sales performance rankings among peers (top 15%)
• Proven track record prospecting and opening new accounts
• Significant sales wins in enterprise wide deals in the telecom industry
• Prior Quotas over US$3 million
• Ability to communicate the value proposition for their present company
• Two plus years tenure at previous positions
