Commerical Product Sales Manager - Lorch Microwave

Position Description

Lorch Microwave a leading manufacturer of microwave components and sub-systems is seeking a highly motivated seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial attitude that has strong writing skills, exceptional verbal and presentation skills to oversee the sales functions of its commercial business division. This aggressive and organized individual will provide business leadership and strategic sales directions to identify and execute commercial business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILIES:
•New business development.
•Forging lasting and progressive relationships with key clientele.
•Maintaining objectivity and asserting standards.
•Interfacing with engineering managers and technical support to define customer requirements and solution needs.
•Ensuring compliance with import and export regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s degree
•3-5 years prior sales experience
•Experience selling commercial products into service providers
•Established relationship with commercial infrastructure OEM’s
•Domestic travel will be required
•Reports to the Vice President of Business Development
