Inside Carrier Sales Account Manager - ZyXEL Communications, Inc.

Position Description

Responsibilities:

•Manage and maintain contacts with Carrier/Telco established customers and source new business through prospecting new customers.
•Promote and sell ZyXEL products.
•Handle customer inquiries promptly, effectively and monitor customer service requests.
•Execute sales and promotional programs as directed and recommend new products.
•Participate in Co-customer visits, training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.

Skills/Experience:

•Experience: Two to four years industry-specific experience preferred.
•Knowledge: Broad knowledge of product line, proven ability to learn our business and to work independently to achieve goals, negotiation skills along with ability to sell and be persuasive. Travel required.
