Position Description

We are seeking a highly driven, ultra-organized, energetic individual who thrives on a challenge to assist our Director of Talent Portfolio Management with recruitment activities. This position is a tremendous opportunity for a recruiter to do more than just source and interview, you will be able to assist in the on-boarding, orientation, training and termination processes.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Update and create job descriptions
• Post job descriptions on various local and national sites, including colleges and universities, and job boards
• Pull, review, screen and enter resumes into our candidate tracking system
• Complete phone and in-person interviews for entry level to management level positions
• Prepare for and attend career fairs to identify high quality candidates
• Complete background and reference checks
• Create materials for new hires to include employee files, benefit files, and employee handbook
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and training
• Assist the Director of Talent Portfolio Management in recruitment efforts, to include creating, building and implementing effective recruitment systems
• Special projects



Qualified candidates must have the following:
• Bachelors degree
• Must have 2 – 5 years of relevant recruiting experience
• Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point
• Extremely detail oriented
• Strong ability to prioritize and meet quickly changing deadlines
• Strong follow-up and an ability to close the loop on EVERY item, and provide updates on all outstanding items
• Self-motivated
• Likes a challenge and takes initiative
