Position Description

Primary responsibilities:
Providing first level technical support for technically savvy customers who are dependent on top-notch systems performance.
Analyzing, identifying, and fixing complex problems that result in network or system outrages, including LAN, WAN, hardware, software, performing moves, adds, and changes as required, and providing resolution on a broad technical product set using previous and ongoing experience.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or a 2-year degree in related technical field or the equivalent in experience.
Support multiple versions of Cisco Call managers and phone models
Maintain and enhance unified communications and similar applications
1-2 years experience in Telecom IP telephony support related to VOIP functions
CCNA is required
