Summary:
The Real Estate Account Manager is responsible for the identification, acquisition, and management of real estate assets and corresponding owner relationships. This position will also be responsible for all aspects of American Tower Corporation’s relationship with the real estate owners and ensuring that the owner is satisfied with American Tower’s performance. The incumbent assists in any lease administration and collections issues with the landlords.


Education and Experience:
• Undergraduate degree in Real Estate or Business or equivalent work experience
• Eight to ten years progressive experience in account management and relationship fostering preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience and success in commercial real estate management and/or acquisition
