We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Site Supervisor to join our Tower Operations team in Boston, MA.

Summary:
The Site Supervisor manages a multiple site portfolio and is responsible for all operational activities, safety, emergency response, regulatory compliance, collocation, customer interaction, re-development, and development.


Education and Experience:
• 3+ years construction experience (costing, bidding, scheduling, etc.). Knowledge of site construction (site layout, tower and shelter construction, antenna and line work, and site landscape) preferred.
• 3+ years Customer Service experience in construction
• Professional Degree in Construction Science, Business, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
