Position Description

Profile:
Our client assist brands in creating market leading solutions that they plan, execute and deliver. These solutions range from mobile strategy consultancy and workshops, mobile internet sites, mobile media planning & buying, and mobile CRM.
Mission:
•To be market leaders in the development of relevant mobile products, services and marketing initiatives.
•Ensure our clients receive solutions led account management that is second to none in the industry.
Role:
•Deliver outstanding customer service through leadership in planning, project coordination and client servicing.
•Develop key mobile strategies (with the support of the wider external team) for clients and communicate them clearly, effectively and timely (both internally and externally).
•Working alongside your in-house team, agencies, media owners and technical partners to ensure projects are delivered timely, accurately and efficiently.
•Develop and refine internal/external process to ensure that clients are provided with regular project reports and recommendations.
•Continue to profitably develop and strengthen our relationship with partner companies such as Minick, Isobar and etc.
•Ensure an excellent working knowledge of key mobile advertising/communication vehicles in the marketplace with view to offering relevant opportunities to our clients first.
•An innovative, responsible and proactive approach to mobile marketing will be essential.
Key responsibilities:
•Drive our project team (ensuring they are, motivated and focused on driving success for our business).
•Set best practice and oversee the planning and buying of all Mobile Projects/Campaigns to ensure they are delivered to a consistently high standard and are cost effective.
•Ensure that our client capitalises on all relevant mobile opportunities in a profitable way with existing clients.
•Oversee the performance of all Mobile Projects/Campaigns and ensure that key learning’s are incorporated into future activity.
•Lead in profitably raising the understanding of mobile marketing across:
1.Our clients global and local operations
2.Our partners global and local operations
•Lead the ‘best practice’ and ‘process management’ of all key clients.
•Deliver innovative, high quality and relevant mobile campaigns/projects, taking into account bespoke research and through the line Strategic planning recommendations.
•Work alongside client teams and/or strategic planning teams to define role of Mobile as part of the overall communication strategy.
•Ensure that all Mobile Projects/Campaigns are delivered on time and to the required brief.
•Develop / coordinate central strategies and accurately brief in and manage campaigns, including implementation and reporting, to other team members and other offices/agencies.
•Responsibility for specific client budgets including monthly forecasting of projected spend and ensuring that clients remain profitable.
Essential attributes of successful candidate – role related:
•A minimum of 3 years experience in managing significant client budgets for blue-chip clients
•Excellent Client Management skills with a proven track record of working with senior clients up to and including International Marketing Director level.
•An understanding of the mobile landscape (and a through understanding of the digital landscape)
•Strong Presentation skills
•Excellent project management and problem solving skills.
•Ability to pre-empt problems and be pro-active in producing solutions.
•A very high degree of numeracy and literacy are essential given the reporting and financial elements of the role.
•Strong analytical skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Manage numerous projects at once and consistently to deliver high-quality work to timescale (work under pressure and short deadlines)
•A thorough understanding of Market leading Mobile companies (Mobile Manufacture, Mobile Operator and Mobile Marketing) in all key markets.

Qualifications/professional/Technical skills and Knowledge/Experience:
•Graduate with good class of degree (minimum 2.1)
•Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, knowledge of access/database would also be an asset (Ideally familiar with Mac’s too!)
Salary: 50,000
