Description of Position
We are seeking an individual that is capable of driving sales of Award Solutions’ products and services to key wireless service providers and equipment vendors in North America. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans and achieving revenue objectives. The ideal candidate has a background in wireless technologies and a passion for aligning customer needs with the services Award Solutions can provide.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Manage and build business with existing accounts
• Identify and develop new customers
• Create and follow through on annual account plans
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms
• Be creative
Position Requirements
To qualify for the position, the candidate should have:
• 3+ years of work experience in the wireless telecom industry. Experience selling engineering services or technical training is a big plus.
• Strong track record of delivering or exceeding on a progressively increasing sales quota
• Experience with handling regional and/or account sales responsibilities
• Bachelors degree required. (Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred, others considered)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Acute attention to details
• Good understanding of the telecommunications industry
• A strong set of client references
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM)
• Flexibility to travel as required
