Job Summary
ZyXEL Communications, a leading supplier of secure broadband networking and Internet connectivity & routing products designed for the Small and Mid-Market, is looking for an experienced, energetic and knowledgeable DMR Sales Manager.
Primary Job Functions
•Exceed Assigned Revenue Goals
•Responsible for Development and Execution of ZyXEL Direct Market Reseller Business Plan
•Development and Support of the Direct Market Reseller Marketing Plan
•Work with Direct Market Reseller’s Sales Teams to Drive ZyXEL Revenue
•Develop Cost/Benefit and ROI Analysis on Direct Market Reseller Sales and Marketing Activities
•Conduct On-going Direct Market Reseller Training Activities
•Responsible for Direct Market Reseller Forecast Management
•Provide Market and Competitive Analysis to Product and Company Management
•Develop and Implement SKU Content Management Plan
•Negotiate Direct Market Reseller Contracts
•Manage Direct Market Reseller Reporting Process
Qualifications and Skills
•BA/BS or equivalent experience
•3-5 years experience working directly with Direct Market Resellers
•Strong relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
•Self-motivated and results-oriented
•Analytical problem solver
•Team-oriented with positive attitude
•Basic understanding of networking products and technologies
