Position Description

Develop and implement wireless sales and marketing programs for assigned national retail accounts.

1. Financial Accountability – Meet and exceed sales objectives for assigned accounts. Focus on increasing revenue potential by selling voice features and access revenue per unit through assigned accounts. Focus on meeting and exceeding key metrics.
2. Customer Experience – Develop and maintain supportive relationships with existing accounts to meet sales objectives. Develop effective working relationships with new accounts in order to meet sales objectives. Focus on retaining customers by providing updated product and promotional information.Ensure all locations are merchandised properly and timely with promotional materials.Assist with conflict resolution between agents and customers. Support trade shows or equivalent hosting events. Schedule will require evenings, weekends, and holidays. Manage sales and operations as a wireless consultant.
3. JOB DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and service. Provides customer assistance with local market promotions. Works exclusively in an Indirect /National Retail store or kiosk. Assists with special projects assigned by supervisor or other duties as assigned by management.
DUTIES: Sell phones, services and accessories at Indirect Agent/National Retail approved pricing. Achieve sales and customer service objectives. Handles administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts, verifying identification, running credit, preparing customer files, addressing local market promotions, filing finished orders to ensure accurate and efficient processing. Provides information on products, accessories, service features, pricing plans, roaming and data. Interface with other departments on customer behalf when necessary. Drives revenue by communicating the benefits of products, services, features, rate plans and special offers to new and existing customers as appropriate. Provides world-class experience by resolving customer complaints or referring customer to supervisor or proper department for resolution. Focuses on retaining customers by providing updated product and promotion information.

Position is paid Salary plus Commissions and is quota based.

SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree or equivalent required, Bachlor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of outside/inside sales or marketing exp.
• Experience working in the telecommunications industry is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail; and the ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office), ability to operate wireless equipment, photocopier and facsimile machine, printer and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment is essential.
• The ability to work day, evening, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime. In addition, must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, up to eight hours per day; and travel to multiple store locations when required.
