RF Wireless Technician - RF Connect, LLC

Position Description

RF Connect is currently looking for an RF/Wireless technician to configure, test, install, and evaluate cellular, WiFi and other wireless systems provided by RF Connect.

This individual will utilize signal test equipment and software to conduct facility surveys in the areas of outdoor and indoor cellular, 2-way radio and WiFi signal strength and path. Reviews installation specifications, along with owner requirements and manufacturer’s instructions, to determine and evaluate installation sites.

Qualifications/Education
- Cisco, BICSI, or other industry
certifications preferred
- Satisfactory performance of
essential duties
- Valid driver’s license with
good driving record
- Technical knowledge and manual
skills
- Associates Degree (Bachelor’s
preferred)

Skills
- Verbal, written and numerical
communication skills
- Strong capabilities on personal
computers, test equipment, and
software applications
- Climb telecommunication towers and
work on rooftops
- Capable of lifting and/or moving
up to 75 pounds
- Willing to work flexible hours and
travel regularly including
overnight and out-of-town
