We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Services Support Supervisor to join our Site Operations team in Atlanta, GA.


Summary:
The Services Support Supervisor manages a team of Project Specialists with the responsibility of finding, designing, permitting, entitling and handing off projects involving construction of new tower facilities. The incumbent will track and coordinate all internal activities to ensure the smooth and timely development of new tower facilities. Additional activities include, but are not limited to, project management, project tracking, central file organization, oracle financial management, architectural and engineering coordination, power and telephone utility coordination, real estate due diligence, zoning and permitting activities, and regulatory and environmental compliance issues.


Education and Experience:
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Telecom industry experience preferred.
• Some construction experience desired
• Basic knowledge and understanding of structural engineering related issues.
• Basic real estate knowledge of titles, easements, leases, environmental studies, and FAA.
