Position Description
The Role:
Your role as Deployment Manager will be key in translating the inbound and outbound customer contact plans into channel communication and briefing, ensuring the Base Management activity is deployed and executed in the channels as planned, and that the desired customer experience is achieved.
You’ll work closely with the Customer Planning and Decisioning teams, to agree the transfer of customer decisioning rules, frameworks and plans into actual customer communications within the channels. This requires the definition and creation of appropriate channel communication, briefing, training packs etc., as well as briefing the deployment executives to manage the technical deployment.
You’ll be a key contact between the channels and MCBU, and will be responsible for the Base Management activity deployment.
Must Haves:
•Experience of direct marketing deployment.
•The ability to work to tight timescales with good attention to detail.
•Great team working skills.
Nice to Haves:
•Knowledge of telecoms retention strategies.
•Experience of deploying outbound customer service campaigns.
•Project Management skills.
The Department:
The Deployment team are split between Darlington and London and sit within Customer Marketing Operations.
We are responsible for the delivery of the base management plan which covers activities required to achieve the key performance indicators across the GET, KEEP and GROW targets (e.g. revenue, GOM, ARPU, churn etc).
