Position Description
Job Description
To create classified dating pages for distribution to clients ready for immediate publishing in the print media. Work alongside the customer support team.
Administration:
•Creating attractive and productive dating pages for ads provided by the Dating Support team on a regular basis.
•Managing the workload to ensure all deadlines are met
•Working with the highest level of accuracy to avoid client complaints.
•Maintaining folders of content, ensuring the latest templates are filed correctly for ease of use.
Team liaison:
•Establishing Account Management/Client requirements, fulfilling these requirements and /or communicating these to the Customer and Office Support Manager/Assistant Manager.
•Communicating effectively to the Account Management team on the status of each run of pages.
•Attending office support meetings and maintaining good team relationships
•Assisting the Customer and Office Support Manager/Assistant manager in ensuring that all the Account Management needs and expectations are met.
Service analysis:
•Reporting of common errors, points of note within dating adverts, to communicate to Customer and Office Support Manager/Assistant Manager.
Managing New Clients:
•Creating new templates in preparation for use, saving time post launch date.
•Anticipating challenges and working around them.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Ideally educated to a degree level or equivalent qualifications. If strong skills can be demonstrated with work experience these might be considered without relevant education.
Special skills:
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent eye for detail is essential, and a high level of accuracy. Keen to learn with some creative flair. Good knowledge of Quark. Good PC literacy (Word and Excel).
Experience:
A working knowledge of Quark and Indesign is essential.
Customer service experience would help.
Experience of working as part of a team would be beneficial.
