Real Time Marketing Executive - ARN Consulting

Position Description

The Role:

As a Planning & Decisioning Executive PAYM & Convergence you will have a key role to play within the Customer Base Management team in increasing the value of our customers. Using customer insights and your expert knowledge of decisioning and planning techniques, you will be creating value enhancing customer plans and supporting decisioning rules and will be involved in cutting edge analytical marketing.
You will be designing and managing inbound and outbound customer contact activity via Next Best Activity/Real-time capabilities
You will work closely with the Insight and Performance Evaluation team to operationalise propensity models and the Customer Investment team to manage the £400 million direct subscriber retention budget.


Must Haves:
•Experience in direct customer contact management across inbound and outbound interactions and multiple channels, utilising campaign management applications (or similar) to manage decisioning rules
•Expert user of data manipulation tools
•Experience in mobile telecoms and an awareness of the key issues facing mature markets

Nice to Haves:
•Understanding (and preferably experience) of designing and managing inbound and outbound customer contact activity via Next Best Activity/Real-time capabilities (i.e. Chordiant Strategy Manager)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Database marketing knowledge (how customer data is maintained for decisioning tools)

The Customer Base Management team manages inbound and outbound customer interactions during customer’s lifetime with our client, ensuring that each and every interaction drives enhanced value and customer satisfaction. This team contains planners, analysts and decisioning experts who understand our client’s customers and can define and manage inbound and outbound contact plans, including investment decision rules
