Position Description
The Role:
Working as part of the Base Management team you will have to identify and manage request conflicts, maintain a customer contact decisioning framework, to manage the contacts made across the Home customer base. You will also have to identify key insight from performance evaluation reports and analysis, being able to interpret results to generate actionable recommendations and advice. Other aspect of your role will be to identify the optimal approach for ensuring complex Base Management programmes and activities are designed to allow for performance evaluation.
Requirements:
Must Haves:
•Experience in analysing customer campaigns and evaluations. Focus on planning, ROI and effective deployment.
•Knowledge and experience of a reporting toolset, e.g. Business Objects, Affinium, and the SQL language. Knowledge of SAS.
•A relevant numerate/business first degree, and 5 year minimum experience in business intelligence/customer insight environment.

•The capability to develop and apply analytic techniques/ produce meaningful insights to support the business.
The Department:
Home Insight, Decisioning and Performance Evaluation team, which is part of the Base Management directorate, focuses on delivering business critical value added analysis and full cycle campaign management support.
Main clients of the department are Direct Marketing, Customer Marketing, Call Centre support teams, Product Managers, Project Managers and Networks.
