Junior Sales and Marketing Associate - Sonic Branding Solutions

Position Description

Sonic Branding Solutions is a leading provider of mobile games and applications to Tier 1 carriers, such as Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and Sprint. Our top titles include: Name That Tune!, Name That Music Video!, Name That Movie!, ToneMaker and Wallpaper Maker. We are looking for junior sales associate to support the VP and help grow relationships within the mobile, online and advertising industries.

Responsibilities:

· Work with the VP to create powerful & dynamic PowerPoints, visually explaining key selling points.
· Help launch new products, create schedules and oversee their execution.
· Help create marketing and promotion campaigns to support the company’s products and services.
· Collaborate with the art department to create digital assets for marketing.
· Work with VP to write product descriptions.
· Monitor product placement and maintain weekly sales report.
· Research business partnerships and competitive products.

Skills:

· Working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other design software for editing graphics a plus.)
· Proficient with web technologies as well as strong familiarity with major social networks, major music and tech blogs, and a grasp of the language and jargon that is used in these communities.
· Previous experience in the mobile or new media industry is highly desirable.

· Must be an independent team player and confident, self-starter.
· Ability to assume responsibility and project ownership; a must.
· Able to execute tactically and strategically, with eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
