Position Description
Young, cutting edge telecommunications company needs strategic “hunter” to work virtually. This executive will identify and maximize sales opportunities for the firm in the marketplace through indepth understanding of the firm’s products and their most effective positioning.
Develop in-depth large and major account strategies for targeted carrier companies in order to aggressively drive new sales.
Generate new business in assigned territories through prospecting, cold calling, networking and generating leads. Close the deals.
Meet monthly sales goals and revenue quotas. Implement annual/quarterly/monthly sales goals/objectives developed in conjunction with the SVP Sales and Marketing.
Develop, manage and enhance business-to-business accounts by maintaining relationships and partnering with key decision-makers within the client organization and the firm.
Provide existing customers with the highest standard of customer service.
Ideal candidate must possess a broad understanding of voice and data technologies (E911 prefereable). 3-5 years of successful sales experience in telecommunication products/services with significant experience SELLING TO MAJOR CARRIER ACCOUNTS IS REQUIRED.
Strong prospecting, cold calling and rapid engagement/closing skills are required. An over achiever, quota buster.
