Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the end-to-end operational account management of DSPs (Digital Service Providers) and MSPs (Mobile Service Providers – for full track, video and videoringer products only) in agreed territories
•Co-ordinate and manage every stage in the set-up and integration of new DSPs and MSPs including tasks such as:
- Fielding initial requests from affiliates and other authorized Digital Sales personnel
- Distribution of set-up documentation
- Gathering key information required to pass account onto Credit/Systems personnel for our client’s system set-up
- Acting as central liaison between different apartments of our client when questions arise about non-supported encodes or processes
- Making request to have account set-up in Production
- Arrange fulfillment of initial load of content for new partners
•Provide day-to-day support via telephone and email to partners receiving digital content
•Run regular conference calls with designated affiliates to discuss new account set-ups, delivery issues for existing partners and forthcoming key projects and releases
•Create and maintain entries for new and existing DSPs and MSPs in the Digital Account Status application Weekly Status Report for review and comment by Digital Operations Management
•Manage the relationship with designated Pan-European partners on behalf of our client’s combine. This involves:
- Co-ordinating the set-up and subsequent life cycle of digital campaigns arranged by our client’s Account Management
- Working with our client’s Account Management team to operationally implement new pricing strategies and to monitor campaign adherence across partners
- Ensuring the timely delivery of key releases and content specifically requested by partner
- Leading weekly calls between partner and our client’s affiliates covering off standard new release issues and troubleshooting on any emergencies
- Setting-up of manual pre-orders in conjunction with our client’s Account Management
•Ensure, on behalf of Digital Operations Group, that customer satisfaction is consistently achieved and maintained via periodic but structured monitoring
•Act as Project Manager on ad-hoc work streams which require centralised co-ordination as assigned by Digital Operations Management (eg MP3/MP4 DSP Survey undertaken at the behest of our client’s Legal division)
You will be reporting to the Director Digital Operations.
Basic Hours of Work: 37.5 per week
