We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Construction Buyer to join our Procurement team in Marietta, GA.

Summary:
The Construction Buyer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining vendor relationships, creating scopes of work, analyzing proposals, and negotiating final pricing. This person will interact with Tower Operations, Development, Redevelopment, and others as needed, as it relates to construction and installation activities. The purpose of the Construction Buyer is to work with their business partners to prepare precise scopes of work and bid analysis that provides best in the industry pricing in short business timeframes.


Education and Experience:
• College degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years Construction experience within the wireless industry preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience negotiating vendor pricing in the wireless industry preferred
• Experience in assessing construction drawings and ability to understand content
