Position Description
Global Leader in Financial Services seeks CTO for start-up Mobile Commerce Division.
This Senior Leader will bring vision and fruition to innovative technology and infrastructural development.
He/She will determine how technology can be used to implement – and enhance -the Mobile Solutions business strategy.
This is an External Facing Technologist who will provide leadership/solutions as the technical partner between client and internal development; the Infrastructure Manager, drawing expertise and delivery from the the other divisions and business lines.
Technology Selection, Software Development, and Team Building are key responsibilites.
Required:
10+ years of developing technology infrastucture and architecture.
Meaningful and successful experience in developing applications and architecture for mobile devices.
Knowledge of Financial Services industry, and ideally, payments/processing/transferring.
The drive, enthusiasm, leadership, presence, and personality to be part of business development team, and the ability to interface effectively with internal technogy factions as well as clients, carriers, and device manufactures.
Both start-up and big company successes.
BS required, advanced degree is a plus.
