We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Document Specialist to join our Leasing Operations team in Woburn, MA.


Summary:
The Document Specialist is responsible for advancing American Tower’s Virtual Library initiative which involves ensuring that all relevant tower records are confirmed and uploaded in the company’s online Enterprise Content Management system. The incumbent is responsible for identifying, scanning and uploading documents currently housed only in the company’s hard copy tower library as well as verifying that all documents available online are identified and accurately represented in their electronic version. The incumbent is also responsible for organizing, managing and maintaining required hard copy files and documents within the company tower library.


Education and Experience:
• College degree preferred.
• Three years of hard copy and electronic version content management experience preferred.
• Experience with Real Estate or Tower Operational documents preferred.
