We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Territory Supervisor to join our Site Operations team in our Northeast Region.

Summary:
Directly supervises Site Supervisors within an assigned territory. Routinely monitors the quality of work and ensures training is provided to appropriate to subordinate employees. Works closely with superiors and counterparts in Sales, Collocation, Rooftop, Broadcast, Tenant Improvements, Development, and other functional units as required to maximize customer utilization and profitability of American Tower assets and to ensure that regulatory compliance, safety, quality, and configuration integrity is maintained at American Tower sites.

Education and Experience:
• 10 years construction experience
• 3+ years experience in related fields such as site/property management, collocation, operations, site acquisition/development, project management, carrier operations, plus 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Professional Degree in Construction Science, Business, Civil Engineering, Property Management or equivalent experience
