Location: High Wycombe, UK

Our client is a dynamic enabler of entertainment, information and interaction services in the ever-evolving mobile media environment.
Purpose of Job:
• Responsible for internal and external marketing activities, ensuring that they promote, maintain and differentiate the organisation’s brand and image in the marketplace. Works across the Group to create a common company culture which is consistent with and actively promotes corporate messaging and brand values.
Principal Accountabilities (responsibilities and duties):
• Develop, manage and implement a strategic communications plan.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organisation.
• Liaise closely with PR agencies to ensure high quality coverage within the relevant business and trade press, develop crisis management strategies, messaging statements and briefings with key business owners.
• Develop, manage and implement an internal marketing plan that reinforces brand values and sustains a high level employee motivation and morale.
• Source, manage and evaluate outside agency suppliers and supervise delivery of their work to ensure integrated agency work, where possible.
• Manage and report on all communications spending.
• Monitor and distribute market intelligence relating to core industries, including competitors, customers and suppliers.
• Liaise with internal departments in bringing new products and services to market.
• Provide support for investor relations activites and initiatives.
• Manages participation in trade fairs, exhibitions and seminars. Supports other sales lead generation initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Development and successful implementation of internal marketing plan
• Appropriate and timely PR coverage
• Effective performance by external agencies
• Delivery of projects on time and to budget
• Delivery of useful and timely market intelligence
• Management of the brand
Decision Making Authority:
• Able to take ownership and responsibilikty for developing and delivery across a wide remit of marketing solutions within agreed budgets
Experience, Qualifications and Technical Knowledge:
• Substantial solid marketing background and extensive experience across the full marketing mix.
• CIM Professional Diploma qualified and/or relevant Degree
• Demonstrable skill across all communications channels including online, publishing, internal comms and events.
• Proven ability to manage resources, deadlines and budgets across all communications channels, whilst achieving best results.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels or the organisation.
• Solid strategy development and the ability to communicate plans in writing and verbally.
• Experience gained in a telecommunications or technology marketing role an advantage
