Position Description
We are currently hiring Consulting Managers in the US. Candidates must be willing and able to travel domestically up to 100% M-F, when necessary.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide strategic procurement services to N. American clients in the following segments: carriers, cable companies, equipment vendors and financial services companies.
- Lead engagements focused on optimizing the procurement of wireless and wireline networks and components i.e. vendors and technologies related to platforms, devices and services such as messaging and video. Expertise in RF technologies (GSM, CDMA, UMTS, LTE, WiMAX, iDEN, etc.) and device procurement.
Lead engagements focused on next-generation supply chain optimization including turnkey RFP creation and end to end delivery
- Contribute pro-actively with business and solutions consulting teams during the pre sales phase.
- Create customer proposals which lead to the selection of inCode for client projects
- Provide active and competent communication of inCode strategies in customer organization.
- Lead the development of procurement strategies to support and help the client achieve operational and financial targets.
Qualifications
- 7+ years wireless, IT, high tech industry, and/or consulting experience
- 3+ years continuous procurement leadership in wireless, IP networks or related fields
3+ years leading teams to provide procurement management to customers in wireless, wireline, IT, semiconductors or related fields
Financial expertise: ability to create business cases in Excel and compelling reports in Powerpoint
Supervise staff of 5+
- Sales familiarity and comfort
- Bachelor degree; computer science and electrical engineering, Masters degree or PhD preferred
- MBA a plus
