Position Description
We are in the process of building a new business unit within Cricket to focus on the traditional Pay as you go space. We will look to this team to bring expertise in the space and help us accelerate what we expect to be an aggressive growth path. This role is responsible for Cricket’s newly launched PayGo products and services; and accountable for leading a team that is responsible for the end-to-end P&L of core PayGo services. These core services primarily include tracking competing offers, distribution relations, and driving core pricing plan decisions. In addition, this role requires internal-facing product management tasks to develop and integrate products; drive operational support quality and efficiency; and focus on monthly results. This role needs an individual to have a detailed process and understanding, be fluent in latest technology solutions (process and product), and contribute to understanding competitor landscape and trends. Must be solutions oriented and customer centric, this individual will become a key voice of the customer within Cricket to ensure the decisions made will yield positive results for the users. Champions product design, implementation, and performance, while working actively to drive the business to achieve revenue/margin targets.
Required Skills:
•8-10 years product marketing, product management, product development, strategic marketing, strategic consulting
•3+ years experience in managing teams – direct reports
•5+ years experience in managing large/complex projects, including full project life-cycle of product development responsibility.
•Previous experience managing and achieving to budgets and P&L
•Strong strategic and analytical skills
•Team leader and interpersonal skills
•Ability to implement and deliver on aggressive timelines
•Ability to interact with senior management
