Position Description
This is a significant role within the marketing team of QuickLogic, with specific responsibility for the following key areas:
Developing business plans and product positioning in the Asia Pacific marketplace
Works collaboratively with sales, marketing, system solution group (SSG) and engineering to ensure penetration into, and revenue growth from focus accounts in the mobile market
Customizes solution marketing message and customer-facing material to meet requirements of customers in local geography
Works with local sales team to build awareness in local focus accounts in the mobile market
Communicates relevant solution and product schedules, changes to messaging and positioning to local sales team (can include direct and in-direct channels)
Communicates relevant mobile market, competitive activity, local focus account trends and needs to the factory
Required
5+ years experience with at least 3+ years in semiconductor marketing role(s)
BSc in EE/CE
Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have excellent Chinese communication skills, both verbal and written
Desirable:
MSc in Engineering or an MBA
Experience marketing semiconductors in the mobile market
Experience marketing any of the wireless, storage or video solutions used in the mobile market
