We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Land Lease Representative to join our Leasing Operations team in Woburn, MA.

Summary:
The Land Lease Representative will negotiate terms with our tower landlords for lease extensions/renewals. The incumbent will also negotiate amendments with our landlords for compound expansions, elimination of collocation restrictive provisions in the ground lease, as well as lease pre-pays and land purchases to secure and enhance our interest at our sites. This position requires strong negotiating, closing and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment.

Education and Experience:
• 4 year degree required.
• 2 years experience in the wireless, telecom or tower industry preferred.
