This position will allow well rounded individuals to touch and learn multiple technologies in support of customer applications.
- Provide remote technical support for multiple product areas of diverse scope and complexity, specializing in the arena of contact center management solutions.
- Professionally facilitates customer problem data acquisition, problem analysis and resolution.
- Maintains high quality standards and ensures that customer inquiries and requests are responded to in a timely manner, conforming to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Tier III Support position.
Basic Qualifications:
- Candidates will have skills and experience with a broad range of related technologies like, but not limited to, the following:
Windows, Solaris 8, UNIX system & network administration, TCP/IP Networking, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), MCSE/MCSE, Relational databases (Oracle, SQL server), CORBA, XML/JAVA.
- Excellent communication skills
- Some software development skills a big plus.
