Position Description
Salary: £36K
Our client is a leading Network Operator, working in their direct marketing team you’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of direct marketing campaigns to the consumer customer bases.
Using a wide mix of marketing channels including direct mail, email, SMS and bill messaging you’ll work closely with the segment and base management teams to deliver the brand communications elements of the customer contact plan.
You‘ll also be responsible for managing and getting the best out of our creative agency.
Must Haves
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Direct marketing experience – developing high volume, multi-channel direct marketing programmes.
• Commercial experience – delivering sales targets and managing budgets.
• Management of third party suppliers – creative and media agencies.
Nice to Haves
It would be great if you could also demonstrate the following:
• Experience in operating in complex organisational structure and managing multiple stakeholders.
The Department
The Direct Marketing team is responsible for a wide range of on and offline below the line marketing programmes. Operating across mobile, broadband and business segments the direct marketing team are responsible for direct acquisition and customer communications.
