Position Description

Our client is a leading Network Operator. Working in their direct marketing team you will be responsible for the development and delivery of direct marketing campaigns to the business customer bases.
Using a wide mix of marketing channels including direct mail, email, SMS and bill messaging you will work closely with the segment and base management teams to deliver the brand communications elements of the customer contact plan. You will be responsible for managing and getting the best out of our client’s creative agency.
Must Haves
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:-
• Direct marketing experience – developing high volume, multi-channel direct marketing programmes
• Commercial experience – delivering sales targets and managing budgets
• Management of third party suppliers – creative and media agencies
Nice to Haves
It would be great if you could also display:-
• Experience in operating in complex organisational structure and managing multiple stakeholders
The Department
The Direct Marketing team is responsible for a wide range of on and offline below the line marketing programmes. Operating across mobile, broadband and business segments the direct marketing team is responsible for direct acquisition and customer communications.
