Their sales team consists of ad industry veterans who specialise in selling this new medium to brand advertisers.
The position – Agency Salesperson/Manager
Our client requires a dynamic and results-oriented salesperson responsible for servicing the West End agencies to identify, sell, and close brand campaigns to run across our network of sites. You will have a sophisticated knowledge of online advertising and a broad understanding of media. You will have had proven sales track records of reaching and exceeding targets. Most importantly you will have existing successful relationships with appropriate decision makers at all levels within the digital departments of the Agencies. The individual will be able to build on the great reputation the company has in the market and open the doors to new Brand advertisers.

Requirements
•Strong knowledge of and have extensive contacts within the West End agencies in London. Client direct contacts are a distinct advantage
•Successful media sales record of at least 5 years including at least 2 years in the digital sector.
•Successful track record working with Brand advertisers.
•Superior skills in all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing sales
•The ability to sell based on value not price and a knack for consultative selling
•An understanding of the digital media landscape, as well as a solid grasp of technology and the Web
•Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models
•Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis
•Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and how they operate and campaign buying and planning
•Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting, and campaign optimization
