Position Description

Salary : 25-27K

Our client is one of the leading Mobile Content providers. A dedicated Service Manager will work on their Client download wap/web portal in terms of content, promotions, strategy and user experience. The Service Manager’s main tasks will be to:

• Maximise the key performance indicators such us revenues, market share, usage and ARPU.
• Work with the client on the service processes; define standard processes and procedures to optimise efficiency.

3 Campaigns

• Assist the Client with the quality of the service, ensuring at all times that proper QA has been carried out and customers can utilise the service in a proper manner.
• Be the key point of contact for the Client for any service management related issues.
• Ensure that the Client meets its responsibilities by assisting with the distribution/marketing channels as agreed.
• Assist the Client with the overall customer proposition with Products and Marketing.
• Assist the Client with the Customer Experience for the Service.
• Work with cross functional teams to plan the Service and assist the Project Planning to deliver the service.
• Obtain an understanding of the technical capabilities of the service, to be able to drive its progress moving forward.
• Manage relationships with content providers and co-ordinate upload process
• Evaluate licensing opportunities
