Position: CDMA Firmware Engineer

Location: Carlsbad , CA

Position Overview

As a CDMA Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for firmware development for CDMA products.

Responsibilities

· Design, develop, test and debug embedded software for CDMA PC Cards and Embedded Modules.
On project assignment basis, act as CDMA Modem Software project lead to coordinate feature developments, bug fixes, releases; interface with other project members outside of CDMA Modem Software group.
As a member of the CDMA Modem Software team, provide technical advises to the other team members.

Knowledge & Experience Required

Experience in embedded software development using C and assembly language.
Familiar with IS-95/IS-2000/1xEVDO CDMA Air Interface.
Familiar with embedded software debugging tools such as JTAG, In-Circuit Emulator, Logic Analyzer.
Familiar with software configuration management tools such as ClearCase.
Experience with 802.16e or 802.16
