Position Description
Salary: £45k + £5k car + bonus
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Acquisition Marketing you’ll be responsible for delivering acquisition targets on Broadband and converged offerings in the Direct & Indirect channels set by Head of AM.
This role is the interface into the online marketing team and internal relationships such as retail as well as working with the indirect channel teams.
Main Activities:
• Ensure all acquisition marketing activities are executed, in line with strategy, on time, and within budget.
• Ensure all acquisition marketing activity reflects the strength of the brand
• Monitor and report campaign success, to include weekly and monthly KPI reporting
• Continuous analysis of trading and market with a view to providing informed recommendations for new/ alternative routes to market
• Optimise direct acquisition routes – via portal home page and specific landing pages
• Optimise indirect opportunities working with indirect team
• Manage Offline acquisition – in bound and outbound calls.
• Feed into year-round refresh of the Home Marketing Plan & the Consumer Business Unit plan.
• Ensure all marketing programmes are communicated through all channels
• Ensure all channels are motivated to deliver and understand the objectives
Must Haves
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Expert sales and marketing manager experience within a fast paced telecoms business.
• Extensive acquisition experience.
• Strategic thinking and strong creative problem solving.
