Position Description
Account Management
o Engage client agency leads in shaping proposals and be ultimately responsible for driving billable lab client work through the lab team, vendors, agency partners such as MRM LA, UM, Initiative and other IPG agencies to successful completion.
o Manage team members associated with the client deliverable and the client.
o Help define the lab’s overall service offering and engagement model and process
o Present all categories of emerging media content at various agency and client events
Category Expert: Mobile Marketing
o Conduct meetings and interviews with mobile vendors
o Write up analysis, POV doc’s
o Define the marketplace from a marketing perspective.
o Emphasis on global strategy and execution
o Create a presentation with detailed offering/opportunities for IPG Agencies from a mobile strategy perspective
o Track industry activity and provide monthly reports
o Evangelize and provide thought leadership on all mobile opportunities for our clients
o Write mobile newsletter articles
Lab Duties
o In collaboration with the staff, setting up content for events, consulting with visitors on their ideal immersive experience and lab tours upon request.
o Thought leadership – Contribute to all new technology and marketing innovation explorations
o Parse out information in the form of news briefs, white papers and power points
o Represent the lab initiative at a high level to all agency and client personal e.g. board members, senior marketing executives from leading Fortune 100 companies
o Update and provide information to Project Management for update to status meetings. Presence at weekly meetings is required.
