Manages the design and administration of various employee compensation, benefits and workforce planning programs including but not limited to salary administration, job evaluation, performance appraisal, merit and other salary increases, incentive plans, life, health, and disability insurance, pension, profit sharing, and related retirement programs as well as skills gap analysis and workforce efficiency programs and human capital growth strategies.
Experience:
- Manages the company’s retention of competitive compensation and benefits in the market place as well as retaining a competitive human capital agenda that drives improvement in workforce efficiency and profitability.
- Work is completed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management.
- Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
- Typically requires 5 – 7 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of benefit administration experience.
