Position supports management and master data implementation for Avaya product and services offerings as well as associated OEM offerings in SAP. Manages the implementation and lifecycle of key SAP master data for product, software, licensing, export compliance, post warranty maintenance and services offerings with associated SAP master pricing data. Supports master data for basic, classification, sales, accounting, costing views and pricing conditions and its relationships with Avaya’s implementation of this master data within SAP and supporting software applications. Position requires ability to create SAP data master data supporting: raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, repair material, refurbished material, services billing, services profiles, Sales BOMs and high level offer codes. This position requires coordination and communication with multiple Avaya Offer or Product Managers. Position has shared accountability with the Offer Design Manager (ODM) to the Avaya Offer Realization team for offer/platform data and for meeting offer/platform readiness commitment dates. Position requires skills in Avaya’s Lotus Notes material code and pricing tools, custom SAP data management tools, SAP B1P and I2P implementations, ASD material code and pricing requirements, AGSP processes and Avaya product knowledge.
