Position Description

Major Responsibilities
• A Project/Program manager’s primary responsibility is to aggressively lead and navigate Boost’s cross functional teams though the planning, development and launch phases for their respective assigned initiatives. The Project/Program Manager will have the primary responsibility for managing the comprehensive schedule, scope and cost elements for multiple cross-functional and non cross-functional initiatives. The Project/Program Managers must also manage the accuracy and timeliness of the business plan, resource forecasts and actual project expenditures. The successful candidate must be adept at managing risks, dependencies and issues to timely resolution. Additionally, candidates must have high energy, strong team matrix management skills, project management experience, effective communication skills and the ability to apply their knowledge to fast track their projects/programs through the respective lifecycle process. The position will work closely with project sponsors, key supplier groups, and executive management and must be able to obtain confidence from sponsors, customers and team members.
Minimum Qualifications
• PMP Certified or Master’s Certificate in Project Management
• Experience managing complex project/program schedule, scope, costs and performance analytics
• Proven ability to aggressively lead a matrix-managed, cross-functional team of internal and vendor resources.
• Proven experience in gaining confidence from sponsors, customers and team members
• Proven experience working and managing projects/programs through MS-Project
• Experience creating and applying Risk Management techniques and tools
• Experience in all phases of the SDLC for large and complex projects preferred.
• Ability to manage and prioritize efforts and manage personal work load
• Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environment with fix due dates.
• Strong communication, written and organizational skills are needed to facilitate organizational deliverables from Boost’s project/program teams.
• Ability to understand complex product, service and operational behaviors.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self motivated and proactive in all current areas of responsibility.
