Responsibilities relate to the installation and maintenance of switch/cell/network equipment at customer sites or at company locations. Includes interpreting service orders, circuit diagrams, and electrical schematics and installing, rearranging, and removing equipment and associated wiring.
Position Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supervising approximately 15-20 Associates towards organizing and overseeing the daily required workload.
• Individual will be responsible for the provisioning/maintenance of voice, data and video on the fiber network for business and consumer customers.
• Performs quality/safety inspections to ensure work is completed within established policies and procedures while meeting customer expectations.
• Monitors expenses to ensure operations are maintained within objectives and budget.
• Coordinates close communication and cooperation with Dispatch Resource Center and the Fiber Solutions Center.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Desired Skills:
• Minimum 3 years experience in Telecommunications or related Field Operations
• Knowledge of voice, data and video a strong plus
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Additional Information:
Position will be located in Morris, Essex or Passaic Counties.
